Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned Letter Ref.No.SCN/307810101/18, dated 07.11.2018 passed by the First Respondent in rejecting Petitioner's application for renewal of his passport vide application Ref.No.181003342529 concerning Passport File No. MA3071085352518, dated 09.04.2018 and quash the same and consequently, directing the First Respondent to renew the Petitioner's passport No. G7679452 with normal 10 years validity.
