Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is the Claimant before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / learned Special Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore.

2. This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 154 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.91132 of 2025.

3. Learned Counsel further submits that the Respondent-1 remained ex parte before the Trial Court. Learned Counsel for the 2nd Respondent is present.

4. M/s.M.Murali Vinodh, learned Standing Counsel undertakes to file Vakalat for R2 and has no objection in allowing the petition provided that the interest for the period of delay of 154 days is waived.

5. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 154 days is condoned on condition that the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 154 days.
