ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the first respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.39 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent and to file a final report.

2. The investigation in Crime No. 39 of 2016 has already been stayed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19991 of 2016. Hence, it would not be appropriate to consider the prayer sought for in the present Criminal Original Petition. The petitioner herein has also been arrayed as second respondent in the said Criminal Original Petition. The petitioner can always ventilate his grievance, before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19991 of 2016 and as such, the present petition to file final report is not maintainable.

3. With the above observation, the Criminal Original petition stands dismissed.
