ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11687 of 2026, dated 07.05.2026, which directed the petitioner to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, H-8 Thiruvottiyur Police Station, every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner, along with other persons, was found in illegal possession of 25 kilograms of ganja, which is a commercial quantity.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the nature of the offence and the fact that the quantity involved is a commercial quantity, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
