This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents.

3.Today, Mr.R.Bhaskaran, Sub Inspector of Police, K-1 Sembium Police Station is present before this Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that on the complaint given by one Ranganathan, a petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.1421 of 2017 and the same was closed on 20.06.2018.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner.
