PRAYER:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to furnish the original certificates i.e. MCA Degree Certificate and MCA Transfer Certificate and also the salary for the month of June 2019 and relieving order of the petitioner by considering the resignation letter dated 10.06.2019 and his reminders dated 10.07.2019 and 22.07.2019.

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, pending the writ petition, the MCA Degree Certificate and MCA Transfer Certificate was issued to the petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition, wherein he has sought for a direction to the respondent to furnish these certificates. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
