CRPF or in other establishments of CRPF at Chennai.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has made a representation dated 29.07.2016 to the first respondent seeking to reconsider him and to post him in the CRPF Establishment at Chennai or Bangalore or Hyderabad so as to take treatment continuously, and that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation is directed to be considered by the respondents, in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the said representation made by the petitioner has been received by them.

3.Considering the submissions made and the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2016 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
