When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General produced a typed set of papers containing a Press Release issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu as well as a Government Order issued by the School Education Department. In terms of the Government Order, the proposal sent by the Director of Private Schools for regularizing the time schedule for admission of students has been accepted and approved. As the 2/4

Government has complied with the order, we do not find any necessity to keep this contempt petition pending.
