This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction torespondent herein Deputy Superintendent of Police, Land Grabbing Cell, Tiruppur, to register the FIR in complaint made by the petitioner on 06.06.2018 .

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.In view of the order passed by this Court in the case of Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., Vs The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan's case (supra).
