ORDER

The petitioner seeks transfer of petition for maintenance filed by the respondents in M.C.No.184 of 2018 pending on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore to the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri for joint trial along with G.O.P.No.66 of 2022 and H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri.

2. Heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has no objection for ordering the aforesaid transfer petition.

4. Recording the same, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed by withdrawing the petition for maintenance filed by the respondents in M.C.No.184 of 2018 from the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore and transferring the same to the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri for simultaneous hearing along with G.O.P.No.66 of 2022 and H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri and transferred to the Family Court, Coimbatore vide order dated 21.09.2022 in

Tr.C.M.P.Nos.684 & 685 of 2022 filed by the petitioner for custody of child and for divorce. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
