The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 28.06.2023 in W.P.No.32885 of 2022 has been complied with by the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
