This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents police to transfer the investigation to 3rd respondent police namely the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Vellore at Vellore District, in Crime No.194 of 2019, dated 25.04.2019, pending on the file of the 4th respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order
