ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 01.08.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.21988 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents considered the petitioner's representation and passed order by the proceedings dated 30.06.2025.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 30.06.2025 is not communicated to the petitioner. 4.

In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to serve a copy of the order dated 30.06.2025 to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
