ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition (CRP) has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioners seek for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.78 of 2024 pending on the file of 3rd Additional District Court, Hosur.

2. In the suit, the petitioners are the plaintiffs, and the respondents are the defendants. The suit has been filed for declaration and permanent injunction. The suit is in the stage of trial. The plaintiffs' witness has to be cross-examined by the respondents/defendants.

3. This Court, after giving due consideration to the year of the suit as well as the stage of the suit, directs the 3rd Additional District Court, Hosur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.78 of 2024, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to them in this CRP is dispensed with.
