2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, this petition stands allowed. The delay of 179 days in preferring the appeal in C.M.A.SR.

No.116952 of 2023 as against the final award passed in M.C.O.P.No.225 of 2017 by the MACT (Additional District Judge), Chengalpet, is hereby condoned.

3.Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.116952 of 2023 and post the Appeal for Admission in the regular course, if the papers are otherwise in order.
