This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5136 of 2024 dated 12.03.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
