This writ petition is filed to call for the records relating to the second respondent's proceedings made in proceedings in No.MCI211(2)(91)(52) (Complaint)/2015-Ethics/119671 dated 09.07.2016 to quash the same.

3.Today when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the period of removing the name from the Medical Council is over. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
