(Order of the Court was made by M. SUNDAR, J.) Mr. J. Saravana Vel, learned counsel on record for sole writ petitioner and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for all the respondents are before this Court.

2. Mr.J.Saravana Vel, learned counsel for sole writ petitioner reports 'No instructions'. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: Page Nos.2/6

3. To be noted, learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that he has sent a communication through Registered Post with acknowledgement due to the sole writ petitioner, sole writ petitioner has duly received the same but has not chosen to respond or reply. The writ petitioner has not contacted is learned counsel's further say.

4. This Court makes it clear that we would be giving a closure to the captioned Writ Petition and captioned Writ Miscellaneous Petition thereat today but all the rights and contentions of writ petitioner will stand preserved if the writ petitioner chooses to resuscitate the matter later. Resuscitating the matter will obviously be subject to submission of writ petitioner in accordance with law (if permissible). Captioned writ petition and captioned writ miscellaneous petition thereat are closed with the aforementioned observation and preservation of rights in the aforesaid manner.
