ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offences under Sections 353, 307, 379 of IPC and 21(1) of Mines and Mineral Development of Regulation Act, 1956, in Crime No.21 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution that the petitioner indulged in theft of sand.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any such offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is involved in two previous cases of similar nature.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations against the petitioner and the submission of the Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is involved in two previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and this petition is dismissed.
