This Transfer Petition was referred for mediation to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras.
2. A communication dated 20.7.2015 of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, enclosing a copy of its report dated 26.6.2015 has been received, wherein it is stated as follows:- "Both the parties appeared before the Centre along with their counsel. Matter has been settled between them as per the terms cited in the Memorandum of Understanding enclosed. Hence, the matter is sent back to the Hon'ble Court.
3. As the parties have arrived at a settlement in terms of the Compromise memo, this Criminal Original Petition is listed for passing of an order in terms of the settlement.
4. The Compromise memo, signed by the parties and their respective counsel reads as follows:- "1. Petitioner / wife and respondent / husband agree to settle the dispute amicably between them before the Mediation Centre.

2. Petitioner / wife and respondent / husband are living together from 18.6.2015 along with their child Kanika aged 7 years old, by forgetting all the past dispute between them and for the goodness of the child."
5. The compromise memo was duly signed by both the parties and their respective counsel. The learned counsel have submitted that that the agreement was arrived at by the parties, out of their own volition and without any pressure or coercion from any side.
6. In terms of settlement arrived at between the parties which is recorded under the compromise memo by the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, this transfer petition is disposed of, recording the compromise memo.
