This writ petition has been filed to forbear the first respondent from interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and second respondent.

2. Heard Mr.R.Suryaprakash, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that it is only based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was initiated in C.S.R.No.224 of 2023. Thereafter, the parties were enquired and the complaint was closed on 15.05.2023.

4. In view of the above development, the police have decided not to interfere in this dispute. It is left open to the petitioner and second respondent to agitate before the civil forum and the police will not interfere in this case. This Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Connected 2/4
