2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court vide order dated 14.07.2025 had extended the time for the petitioners to surrender and executed the sureties till 21.07.2025 however, the name of the second petitioner has been inadvertently omitted to be typed in the cause title. Hence the name of the second petitioner shall be incorporated in the order dated 14.07.2025 and fresh order copies may be issued.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the name of the second petitioner shall be incorporated in the cause title of the order dated 14.07.2025 however, the time for surrendering and executing the sureties is further extended till 01.08.2025.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the Order and issue fresh order copy.
