ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.05.2025 at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c), 22 (a) of NDPS Act, r/w Section 77 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act, 2015 in

Crime No.17 of 2025 seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused was found in illegal possession of 90 numbers of Tapentadol Hydrochride Tablets (Tanydol) for selling it to the school children. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are totally three accused in which petitioner is arrayed as A1. He along with other accused persons were found in possession of Tapentadol Hydrochride Tablets (Tanydol) for selling it to the school children. Therefore, the petitioner has committed very serious and heinous offence as against the society. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
