Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to allot the placement to me in the Higher Secondary School under control of the third respondent and consequently to consider petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2021. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the third respondent to allot the placement in the Higher Secondary School under the control of the third respondent and for a consequential direction to consider the representation dated 02.02.2021 submitted by the petitioner. 2.

Counter affidavits are not filed in this writ petition on behalf of the respondents.

During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is confining his relief to an extent to consider his representation at an early date, by following due process of law.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents also submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by the Court. 2/4

In the light of the submissions of the respective counsels, in my considered view, it is appropriate to dispose of this writ petition without going into the merits of the case, with a direction to the fourth respondent to consider, examine and take appropriate decision on the representation dated 02.02.2021 submitted by the petitioner, within a stipulated time to meet the ends of justice. 6.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the fourth respondent to consider, examine and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 02.02.2021 submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law and communicate the said order to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
