Prayer in CRP.No.620 of 2006:- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for the records of the lower court and set aside the order and decretal order, dated 18.11.2005 passed in I.A.No.144 of 2005 in O.S.No.1024 of 1988 on the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Coimbatore.
