ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the Revision preferred by the petitioner dated 25-07-2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent that no revision has been filed. Only a representation has been made by the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the limited scope sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition and considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner is pending before the 1st respondent from 2019 onwards, this Court is of the view that the 1st respondent may consider the representation as revision and pass necessary orders. However, this Court make it very clear that the necessary charges if any for entertaining the revision in term of Act will have to be paid, failing which there is no need for the authorities to take up the matter and consider it. If the petitioner complies with the condition cited supra, the revisional authority may consider the representation of the petitioner after giving affordable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the 2nd respondent and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of 90 days form the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
