By this application, the wife of the deceased proprietor of the petitioner seeks to be impleaded. In support of this application, the applicant has placed on record the death certificate of Mr.Naresh Kumar Choudhary and the legal heirship certificate. Since the legal heirship certificate also specifies the name of the daughter of the deceased, the applicant has also placed on record a no objection letter from her daughter to her being impleaded as the sole legal representative of the deceased.

2. Learned counsel for the first respondent raises the objection that the applicant is also seeking to implead a limited company called Tuffwud (India) Private Limited.

3. Since this application was filed on account of the death of the sole proprietor of a proprietary concern trading as RB Glass & Plywood, only the wife of the said sole proprietor is directed to be impleaded. Page No.1/2

4. This application is allowed on the terms indicated above and the applicant is permitted to carry out the consequential amendments on or before 11.08.2023. The amended application shall be served within a week thereafter on learned counsel for the other parties.
