Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor [CBI] who takes notice on behalf of the respondent and who has no objection in allowing the petition.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the petition is ordered and the delay of 29 days in filing the revision, is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the criminal revision petition if it is otherwise in order.
