ORDER
The writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to furnish the sample strips seized for the purpose of conducting test in order to verify the parameters of the tablets including its packing based on the representation dated 15.10.2020.
2. Though the matter was argued at length during the earlier hearing, today, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
3. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
