Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reports no instructions. Taking into consideration the matter is pending for seven years, this Court is not inclined to keep it pending any further. Accordingly, the Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file an application to set aside this order, if so advised. No costs.
