This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner by order dated 03.07.2023 in CRL.OP.NO.14455 of 2023 directing him to report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, petitioner had observed the condition only from 15.05.2023 to 19.07.2023 and thereafter, he did not comply the condition. Hence, he prayed for dismissal of this petition.

3. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
