This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner/appellant in Crl.M.P.No.12024 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.492 of 2017 vide order dated 14.07.2018, to appear before the learned XI Additional Special Judge for CBI cases relating to Banks and Financial Institutions, Chennai, once in every three months on the first working day of the English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12024 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.492 of 2017 vide order dated 14.09.2018, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, once in every six months on the first working day of the English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".
