This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 07.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11544 of 2023, the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the other petitioners shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions by this Court from 07.07.2023. He would further submit that the petitioner is being harassed by the respondent everyday by making him to wait till 2 p.m., which in turn affect his livelihood. He also submit that the respondent police has already taken his statement on 11.07.2023, still the respondent police is wantonly holding him till 02.00p.m. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking for modification.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complied with the order as imposed by this Court.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that " the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
