The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13408 of 2024 vide order dated 14.06.2024 ie., 8.(b) the petitioner/A3 shall appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
