Petitioner has filed this petition seeking transfer of O.P.No. 86 of 2015 on the file of Family Court, Pondicherry, to the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruvannamalai. 2.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the respondent/husband has filed O.P.No. 86 of 2015 on the file of Family Court, Pudhucherry, seeking divorce. Learned counsel submits that the couple had been blessed with twins and one of them died and the petitioner resides with her parents at Tiruvannamalai, she has to take care of the child, and her father has also undergone kidney transplantation and in the circumstances, it would be appropriate to direct transfer of the case from Family Judge, Pondicherry, to the file of Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruvannamalai, as otherwise, great inconvenience would be caused to petitioner. further submits that the respondent/husband is now working at Tanjavur.

4. Considering the submissions made, this Court directs transfer of O.P.No.86 of 2015 pending on the file of Family Court, Pondicherry, to the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruvannamalai.

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
