ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.09.2021 for the offence under Sections 393, 397 of I.P.C. @ 393, 398 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.880 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have attempted to commit robbery at knife point. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there are two previous cases as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are two previous cases as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
