ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order dated 26.03.2019 in Un.No.O.S.S.R.No.1231 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court at Tambaram, thereby rejected the plaint for want of certain documents in order to prove that the petitioners are functioning as Finance Committee of Fatima Shrine, Velachery Main Road, East Tambaram, Chennai-59.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that now they have documents to show that they are functioning as a Finance Committee of Fatima Shrine, Velachery Main Road, East Tambaram, Chennai-59.

3. Considering the above submission, the petitioners are at liberty

to file a fresh suit with those documents in order to prove that they are functioning as a Finance Committee of Fatima Shrine, Velachery Main Road, East Tambaram, Chennai-59, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
