ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement, stating that the petitioner is withdrawing this petition due to the fact that Section 21 notice was sent after filing of this petition. However, the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action, seeking for appointment of an arbitrator by this Court by following the due procedure contemplated under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. No prejudice will be caused, if such a liberty is granted.
