Seeking a direction to the first respondent to permit the petitioner to continue her course from the third respondent to fourth respondent institution, the present writ petition came to be filed.
2.When the writ petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly, submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
