This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 06.09.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7528 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to compete the investigation and to file a final report within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation and filed final report dated 10.10.2023 in Crime No.1 of 2023, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharmapuri. 3.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
