Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the first respondent's order made in G.O.No.104, Cooperative, Food and Consumer Protection (CH2) Department dated 18.11.2011, to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to treat the period between 6.2.2002 and 27.7.2009 as duty for all purposes and to extend all benefits both service and monetary forthwith thereto.
