The petitioner seeks relaxation in the condition (iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2161 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.399 of 2023 on 18.03.2024, that (iii) the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the appeal.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor that the petitioner herein is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, we are inclined to pass the following order:- Page No.1/3

(iii) The condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the appeal is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the trial Court on the 1st working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
