2.The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of an appeal that he had filed under Section 70 of the Chit Funds Act, 1982.

3.Mr.V.Manoharan, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent.

4.The first respondent is now required to dispose of the appeal dated 09.03.2023 2/4

within a period of twelve (12) week from the date of receipt of an online copy or the date on which the order is hosted in the official website, whichever is earlier. 5.This Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
