2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.27383 of 2017, dated 07.01.2022, has been complied with and he also filed the compliance report dated 07.03.2024 and the same is taken on file and recorded.

3. The submission of the learned Standing Counsel has been duly affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
