C.M.P.No.17390 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 117 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.3,820/-in the above said appeal.

C.M.P.No.17394 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 97 days in representing the above said appeal.

2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 117 & 97 days are condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) each to the 'High Court Legal Services Committee, Chennai', within a period of one week, failing which, these petitions shall stand rejected automatically, without further reference to this Court.
