ORDER

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has placed before this Court an order dated 04.08.2023 in compliance with the order passed by this Court dated 16.11.2022 in WP.No.29468 of 2022, which is the subject matter of this Contempt Petition.

2. Since the order of this Court has been duly complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition.

3. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
