2 MRS.SELVI Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.15777 of 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to Dispense with personal appearance of the Petitioner/Accused in all further proceedings in C.C.No.201/2017 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate at Thiruvottiyur, pending disposal of the main Crl.O.P.No.15777 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO.15777 of 2018 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.EZHIL CAROLINE, Advocate for the petitioner AND OF Mr.KRITIKA KAMAL.P. Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner/accused is directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such appearance, he shall execute a bond for Rs.5,000/- without sureties under Section 88 Cr.P.C. Thereafter, the petitioner shall give an undertaking that he will appear before the trial Court, without waiting for summons, in the event Crl.OP.No.15777 of 2018 being dismissed. Thereafter, the presence of

the petitioner/accused before the trial Court is dispensed with, till the disposal of Crl.OP.No. 15777 of 2018.
