Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for deliberate disobedience of this Court order passed in W.P.No.32425 of 2014 dated 17.09.2021.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 17.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.32425 of 2014, thereby directing the respondents to transfer and effect mutation of the Revenue Records in favour of the respective petitioners in respect of their respective lands.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmapuri, passed order dated 25.11.2023 thereby effected mutation of the Revenue Records in favour of the respective petitioners in respect of their respective lands. He also produced a copy of the order dated 25.11.2023, before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
