The petition has been filed to modify the condition that "the petitioner shall report before respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m. for period of four months". imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.8137 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.8288 of 2024 dated 10.06.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the representation made by both side counsels and also the fact that the investigation is already completed and the petitioner has complied with the condition without fail, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the POCSO Court, Perambalur on every 1st working day of English Calendar month for 3 months.
