P.RAJAMANICKAM.J., Both sides counsel appeared through video conferencing and submitted that both the parties have filed a joint memo to appoint a Sole Arbitrator to arbitrate the disputes between the parties and requesting the court to record the said memo and pass appropriate order.

A perusal of the the joint memo filed by both the parties shows that both the parties agreed to appoint the learned Senior Counsel Mr.Yashodhvardhan as sole arbitrator to arbitrate all the disputes between the parties and also agreed for extension of interim order granted by this Court on 11.01.2021 for three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Memo recorded.

3. Learned Senior Counsel Mr.Yashodhvardhan is appointed as Sole Arbitrator to arbitrate all the disputes between the parties.

4. The learned Arbitrator has to conduct the proceedings after giving notice to both the parties and pass an award at early. Further, the Arbitrator can fix his fee and the said fee has to be paid by both the parties equally.

5. The Interim order already granted by this court dated 11.01.2021 will continue for three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, if necessary, the parties can approach the learned Arbitrator and get further orders.
